| • If you order a storage tube, we ship the strings straight—the best way to ship and store them. • If you don't buy the tube, we ship them in large diameter coils, which we feel maintains the full potential of the strings. • Wound strings are delicate and should receive proper handling and storage. Keep them in a clean, dry place. • If you must coil them to carry around, use as large a diameter coil as possible. Coiling them once into the size they come in when purchased in a music store is not going to kill them. Try to avoid coiling and uncoiling the strings repeatedly into small coils. This breaks down the strings and shortens their life. |
